\\\\n• All products can be exchanged within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

\\\\nThe store reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order in certain cases, including but not limited to:

\\\\n• Shipping fees paid previously are non-refundable
\\\\nIf the order included free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

\\\\nJeddah Same-Day Delivery:
\\\\nFor orders within Jeddah using instant delivery (private courier):
\\\\n• Cash on delivery is available
\\\\n• You can try the product upon delivery and return it immediately to the courier
\\\\n• Delivery fee is 40 SAR , whether you keep the product or not

\\\\n• Orders outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for return or exchange
\\\\n• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
\\\\n• Products that have been altered cannot be exchanged
\\\\n• Exchange is allowed only once per customer
\\\\n• Product colors may slightly differ due to professional lighting
\\\\nIf a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. The store will cover shipping costs and offer a replacement or compensation.
